This is by far the worst flame broiler I've been to. I've given them a few opportunities realizing anyone can have a bad day. ... They ALWAYS disappoint! Today I ordered a chicken bowl with avocado. I specifically asked for extra crispy extra cookedchicken. It seemed pretty simple instructions; however, they botched it...again. My chicken was not well cooked. Some of itseemed raw in the center so I tossed it. I did not want to risk it. I'm 100% convinced that they do not care to satisfycustomers. It has happened before. The avocado was spoiled black with 70% dark brown/black spots everywhere. I tossed all of itout. The rice was the only thing that was fine. It was a ToGO order and did not have time to go back so I'm out $12. With theprevious bad customer service, I will NOT be going back! Read more

Extremely unhappy with the service! They no longer make the plates in front of you, so I guess they feel they don't have to fill... the bowls up. The bowls was half full! It should be half the price. Totally ridiculous! I will not be purchasing from thisestablishment again. Read more
Terrible service . Ordered a regular bowl and got one carrot one small piece of broccoli and asked for everything yet didn?t get... any green onion .
