the employees were very rude and one lady at the drive thru harassed me for going thru the drive thru to pick up my uber order.... there was no reason to be super rude when no one was even there ordering and could have easily just handed me my order. stayclear of this taco bell. the employees laughed at me once i went inside to pick up the order. I ordered 5 nacho deluxe boxes, but I was abused because they only accept web orders, not cash or card payments. I have visited... taco bell countless times, but this was my first experience. After arguing for a while, they say that they only accept weborders even if they ask why... Then another employee comes out and only then comes out with a calculator money box. So, untilthen, cash and card payments were not ready. Anyway, it took a short time, I barely paid in cash, and after a short amount oftime, I got the food, but the food was not in 5 boxes each, but 2 bags of taco, nacho, and burrito mixed together. Never buying taco bell again. All they sell you is the shell. I'm very disappointed.
I am changing this review from five to one star, this time they got everything wrong on my order but that is not the issue here,... when I approached an employee about it not only he was rude but he totally ignored me, the store manager comes out of the officeand instead of listening he got confrontational being a complete haragan about it. My dinner totally ruined for something I didnot cause. Taco Bell corporation needs to have stronger rules on customer service and demand the franchisees to apply them. This location is always busy, comprised of high-school or college kids working. Every employee has been courteous and... respectful. Sadly the only issue is they tend to run out of ingredients often and seem defeated when having to constantly relaythe news to their patrons. So it appears that each location has it's own standards. 2 or 3 weeks back I tried a different location for the very first time... in years. I was pleasantly surprised at that location and let the manager know that. Well, on this latest visit, they were lighton the ingredients so I spoke to one of the employees there. He verified for me that the way they prepared my food is how theywere trained. Wow, so different than my previous experience. That wasn't the end of it, I ordered my food without sour cream,and sure enough, there it was. After getting it replaced I went ahead and ate my food. When I was done, I just happened to lookat my receipt and low and behold, I saw that the combo I ordered came with a large drink. Of course, I didn't get that either.They were confused on how to take care of the problem and made it even more so when they were reminded that they didn't haveanymore large cups. Staff was nice. They had no hot sauces which was very weird so we had to just eat it the way it was. And then the remodel has my... back hurting after being crouched over eating my food because the very few regular tables were taken. I think someone messed upon the dimensions when these were ordered. Needless to say I won't be coming back to this one. Read more
