Last 3 times I've been there I've gotten hooked up with great service. I've been helped by Travis all 3 times, and this man... always there with a smile and a great attitude. Great work on my sandwiches too. Really appreciate the service. Read more
Great customer service. Great food very fresh . Friendly staff. Enjoyed my visit
If I could give this subway a zero stars I would! Horrible service. Very rude employees. Didn't even say hello, or greet me... with a smile, or say thank you once I paid. Employee proceded to wipe the knife clean on top of my sandwich bread once hefinished cutting it, leaving sauce smeared on top of my bread. He looked unhappy, and wasn't wearing a name tag. I didn't wantto confront the employee given that he looked upset and had tatoos on his neck. I took my receipt and asked another employee ifhe was the manager, but it looked like he was ready to bring out a shank (he looked enraged that I asked him). He also hadtatoos all over his face and a very hard, angry look. I then had some words with yet another employee who said "you want yourmoney back" after I asked if it was normal to clean their knives on customers' breads. He refused to answer the question andangrily asked if I wanted my money back. I just walked out because I felt like they were ready for a fight. Go to anotherSubway because this place is awful.
