I wish there was a Shakeys in Utah. The manager Miguel has the best service, definitely stop by for the best pizza in town!

I haven't been to a Shakey's in 30 years or more. I didn't know they were still around. Pizza was good, not great. Round Table... is definitely MUCH better. Store was too loud. Parents need to do their job in the games area, or the store maybe needs tosupervise for them. We had to sit near entrance to get away from the worst of the noise. Always come here for the Brunch of Lunch. The Upland location has the best variety of food to choose from. From grilled chicken... to BBQ chicken pizza to deep dish pizza all served fresh they almost never run out. As soon as one pizza is out, another isready to be served. Customer service here is excellent, dining and restrooms are always clean. Very satisfied with thislocation. If you're looking for a pizza style buffet at a decent price, I recommend to come here. Usually love this place, but today was disappointing! Pizza didn't taste the same, mojos we're old/over cooked and the chicken... was burnt! One of the workers, Lillian, was amazing. She took our chicken back and told them to give us new chicken and not burnit, so she provided amazing customer service. The restaurant itself was very stuffy and hot. We went so I could have a cheatmeal before back on my regular eating plan and it was SOOOO disappointing. Read more
