To be short and sweet I made an online order 30 mins prior to arriving, once there I waited an hour for my food to finish... getting prepared. I tried to get the leads attention and I just got brushed off. Others waiting as well were shocked as to howlong I have been waiting. I don't blame the cashier though he was doing his best. As for the lead, she clearly had no managementskills. I watched the lady do 6 laps around the fried chicken before she started making macaroni. Won't be recommending thislocation to anyone. Read more
Took me 10 min to order even no one was in front of me and guess what! Missed 2 large fries in the bag.... so, I had to ask for... what I paid for! This particular location is by far one of the worst Popeyes Chicken restaurants in the area. For the longest, the lobby was... closed for to-go orders and there was no warning whatsoever. They consistently don't have various items despite the large ads onthe windows, and on more than one occasion have forgotten items in orders despite charging folks for them and when asked for arefund, the management seem to have an attitude about it. I'm certain I have commented before that these sandwiches far surpass my expectations that were quite high given hoopla of... commercials... My only dislike about them is that the store closes at 10pm M-Th and 11p on Friday, but it really is areasonable time to close, just sad for us late-nighters. The shrimp basket with some red beans and rice is a great addition toa sandwich if you don't just want to feast on two sandwiches. One sandwich is really is a sensible sized meal though, so onlyif your eyes and appetite are in agreement is that recommended to do either. Got 10 tenders... last night and split it with mybrother, but still had just the right amount of leftovers to each have a biscuit halved and halved again covered it with sausagegravy then some fluffy scrambled eggs topped with shredded cheddar blend then more gravy to hold chopped pieces of tenders tothe top then sprinked with ground black pepper. Yum! Futher UPDATE 2022-05-13 (yah Friday) Sparing y'all a bunch of profanity,this place consistently is out or closed randomly early! SURPRISE, Go somewhere else again!! On Friday October 29, 2021, at approximately 8:30 PM, my daughter and I visited the Popeyes Chicken Restaurant located at 1620 W... Foothill Blvd, Upland, CA 91786. We began to enter the drive thru and saw it was blocked off with cones. The sign was not lit,but there was a sign on the board that read ?Due to corporate shortages some favorites may be out. I then drove up to the windowand saw employees cooking in the chicken. I then drove to the front of the restaurant where several cars were parked. I went upto the front doors, but they were locked. A sign on the door said due to staffing lobby is closed, drive thru is open. I thenknocked on the door. A staff member came towards the door holding a box a food and bypassed the door and went to the diningarea. There I saw four other staff members and what looked to be a manager all sitting down and eating. The manager had a blackshirt. I then took out my phone and began to take pictures, they suddenly all turned and looked at me. One employee got up andturned off the restaurant lights. As I took pictures, people in cars began to cheer saying they were also upset. This is noexcuse for a restaurant to do this specifically on a busy Friday night. I ordered the 4 piece which is 1 leg, 1 thigh, 1wing, 1 breast 1 side 1 biscuit and 1 drink. They gave me 2 legs and NO BREAST.... I called them 3 times to see if I could bring it back and nobody answered just got a voicemail! Read more
