I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The staff was not friendly, we waited a half an hour for WATER and another 20 minutes for just our... drinks. The server kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for and I had to get up AT LEAST TWICE just to get salsa, saltand napkins. HERE'S THE KICKER.... They are highly priced in all areas and service DOES NOT DELIVER!!! I would recommend youthink twice about spending your money here ???? Read more

Very disappointed. I ordered guacamole appetizer. Guacamole was served in a very hot plate. Guacamole is supposed to be cold... and served in a cold plate.Guacamole was spoiled and was discolored . Ambience and decor was great. Chips were a bit stale. Salsa was your typical restaurant style. I had the Michelada and it was... very bland. Needs more mix guys. I had the Sopes, they were small and the sope was a tad bit hard. 1st time at El Ranchito and will most likely be the last. Ordered the all meat burrito ($15.99) saddest little burrito ever.... Carne Asada was salty, no sides, literally just a burrito. Waitress very friendly, helpful, very Knowledgeable about the food being served. We had an appetizer that was delicious..I don't... remember the name but it like a taquito but bigger. I had a burrito bowl that was delicious. Will return when I am in the area. Read more
