Drive thru was really slow, not sure if they were short staffed on Sunday. Drive thru person was lazy, didn't want to hold out... the Apple pay device further and I couldn't reach out any more due to my bad shoulder. I had to ask for her to do this beforereadjusted the length of her device stick. She then handed me the drink and later food without a word. Not even a sorry aboutthat or have a nice day. And she forgot to give me my receipt. I live in Upland, but I won't be giving my local KFC anyfurther business for now. They have decent quality food, but bad service. I'll keep going to the San Dimas KFC instead, it'son the way home from work and they have much better service. Read more
Obviously a bunch of incompetent and illiterate people working at this kfc. Ordered through Uber eats an hour before closing... gave me my entire order wrong. Not a single thing right besides the drinks. Give me tenders instead of thighs and a drum, wrongsides all around bad. There's no way in hell it wasn't on purpose. Ordered a 16 pc original. All sides were great. Clerk said they only had legs and thighs. This was ok since these are our... favorites. However, chicken was either over done and/or sitting out for some time. This is not the QUALITY KFC chicken thefamily is used too. Something is wrong at this store! Read more
