Horrible customer service bought a combo to later find out my burger had sauce the drive thru employee later identified as an... overnight manager refused to exchang my order and rudely told me I was not getting my order fixed I explained that this was poorcustomer service and that whether you heard me or not I'm asking for you to correct my order and was told there's no corporatenumber I also did not eat the burger which I was glad to give back but didn't they didn't want it Read more
Was given food that was old and the chicken in my sandwich was so hard I couldn?t bite into it. I called asking for a manager... and some lady with a thick accent kept saying ?I am the one in charge? and told me she would give me a refund only to change hermind after and say she?s not responsible because it didn?t happen on her shift. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Nobody even said hello. Or I'll be right with you. The drive thru got attention. So,... again you have to have a car to get service. If you are in construction, your vehicle wont fit. Read more
