If I didn't know any better and I didn't know that Arby's was a fastfood chain, I would have thought Arby's was a pop group or a... rock band. I say this because they keep coming out with hit after hit after hit. Undoubtedly, their first hit was their classicroast beef sandwich. Arby's, I read, was started because the founder's wanted to sell something other than the burger. Afterthat came other hits: the Reubens, the brisket, the French dip, the chicken, and their cod sandwich. Though I don't have hardfacts or data, the sandwichws I did try for myself were hits to me. Now the reason for this review. I am writing this reviewbecause of that Arby's commercial. I'm sure we've all seen it or heard it. "We have the meats!" And that catchy jingle. Well thecommercial I saw recently was for their 2 for 7 deal and I tried it. I got their classic roast beef and their gyro. Whatsurprised me the most was their gyro. It tasted true to form and was really really good. The carved gyro meat was tender. ThePita bread was soft and warm. The vegetables were crispy. And tying everything together was the Tzatziki sauce. The sandwichitself felt stuffed and enormous in my hands. I actually came back a couple of times and tried it again. I'm trying to keep thisreview short, but check out Arby's and give their gyro a try. They really have the meats. Oh, their customer service was fastand friendly. This Place Never fails, its the worst customer service time and time again. I ONLY Come for the apple turnovers. And each time i... come i get the lousiest service from dofferent employees. They have attitude, NOT friendly, NEVER Name Tags and Do not want tomake the customer a priority. They never want to make apple turnovers even when we are willing to wait. This place sucks! But,i come formthe turnovers =( Supposedly "honey" was the name of the drive thru person, and "Evan" was the Manager, pf i donteven believe this isntheirs names thats how shady this Arbys is. Worst service, and horrible food. My chicken sandwich was soggy, I had to go back in because the first thing u do is eat some... fries. They were so cold. I went back in and had to wait 4 min for a fresh batch. I had to wrap my chicken in lettuce. Read more
Arby's, they have the meat. The staff here are great!! Always friendly and keep things moving.
It is 8:30 on a Wednesday night and this location in upland is closed up tight. I just drove 20 min to get here because the site... said that they were open until 10:00 pm. Read more
All my fries had clumps of salt. The chicken in my chicken sandwhich was cold it looked like it had been fried before and reused... I had to pop it in the air fryer to heat it up but could take another bit. I guess Covid-19 affected Arby's quality. Read more
Arby's is so underrated! This location is excellent. It's always very clean, the dining area is very nice and well kept. The... staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is always prepared perfectly. I've never had any issues at this location. Read more
