1 star for some flavor, but knocked a few stars off, because I was given the incorrect order and I didn’t notice it until I... got home. I lost a few bucks which is disappointing. I ordered the number one: sandwich, tenders, and fries combo but I got twochicken strips and fries instead. I was also missing the Al’s sauce. The fries were also over seasoned; too salty. I was letdown with my first experience here because I really wanted to try that sandwich but not sure if it’s worth the wait for asecond try. Read more

Not sure how I feel about my experience today. This is my second time trying this place and the first time was amazing, the... bottom of the tray was completely full with fries with the tenders on top and they were extremely juicy, crispy and big, withbread and pickles on the side. This time I got very little food and paid $12 for each order. There was about 10 fries on myplate and then tenders were extremely little and dry. I ordered a second tender meal and theirs had more fries and the pickles.I feel ripped off to have had a worse experience than the first time. Wish they were consistent with the meals.\nTo add on, Igot two combo meals which is supposed to come with 1 free sauce and was charged .50 cents for both which I was not supposed tobe charged for.\nThe owner has replied to every negative review with the same copy and pasted text, meaning he is not actuallyreading a single review, and just replying to everyone so it seems like he cares and that alone tells me a lot about thisbusiness! First and foremost, everyone leaving bad reviews for timing needs to understand that this is not your average fast food joint. I... waited about 30 minutes after ordering inside.\n\nI got 2 tenders with fries. The chicken was piping hot, juicy, and crunchy. Ifeel like the seasoning could’ve been a little spicier, I ordered a medium, but it was fairly mild. Honestly, the fries wereperfect, very crispy and deliciously seasoned.\n\nThe only downside here is I wish they would have honey and allow water cupsbecause I don’t like drinking soda. Read more

Something new and fresh in the Tacoma area. Expect a long wait line as this has become a popular spot! We spent $35 on two... chicken sandwiches w/fries, an order of chicken w/waffles, and 3 drinks. The waffles were amazing and the fries were fresh!Clean and ample seating inside. Read more

The wait time is significant and price is high. For two tenders, fries, toast and waffle I paid around 20$. However, the service... was great and the food was great too. My meal came out hot and fresh. The fries were good and chicken hot & spicy! The dippingsauces were nice too. Read more

Great food and reasonable. Coleslaw is ok, but bland. Mac and Cheese is amazing but little pricey. I’d definitely come... again.\n\nChicken was not surprising but well seasoned and overall good. :) Read more

They\'re so expensive for below average taste, the chicken was bland and spicy that it almost had a bitter taste. Fries were... soggy, I had them right away while in my car so they were definitely not fresh! They forgot my tenders in two of my meals!Couldn\'t call them cause it goes to voicemail. & definitely couldn\'t go back cause it was so packed. I will most likely neverbe back!! So dissatisfied and disappointed. Two tenders is ten dollars so they ripped me off for ten bucks. Never again! Read more
