I travel alot and whenever I visit a mexican restaurant ,I always order tacos, tortas, whatever it is ,I ALWAYS order the... pork..because it's hard to find good pork tacos anywhere...Papa Luis has some of the BEST pork tacos that I've had in years,steak tacos was also EXCELLENT.. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and in order, great and friendly atmosphere.. The staff was extremely friendly, informative, attentive and there was literally no wait when ordering and food was hot ,fast and freakingdelicious..even the salsa they put on the table with chips was so delicious and authentic..This place is an absolute MUST ..YOUHAVE TO TRY IT..YOU HAVE TO..best experience I've had in a long time...I can't say enough good things about thisplace..AWESOME!!! We stopped here on 20 July en route from Mississippi to Michigan, finding this place serendipitously. It turns out it was their... second anniversary of this family run authentic Mexican restaurant that had the most incredible food, large portions at agenerous price and excellent wait staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for excellent food at a very good priceand a good location. There?s nearby gas stations and other things that make this a good pull off from the I-57 freeway, exit335, without a lot of concern and difficulty finding this excellent location. Got the taco plate. The carnitas were good. Seemed to be on normal store bought corn tortillas. The i got one pollo taco.... Seasoning was good but made the meat pink that was not appealing even tho they were cook. Taste was good and the flour tortillaswas good. Not bad place and good portions. Read more
