The 3 girls behind the counter currently at this location make a simple experience of grabbing a sandwich a painful endeavor.... The miserable condescending tones all three used while ordering and checking out left my wife and I speechless. The 3 couldhardly remember anyone?s order and showed horrific frustration when questioning the guest about their mistakes. I?m hoping noneof these girls were a manager because if so, I feel bad for anyone wasting their money at this place. Little advice for the 3girls , if your not happy with your life don?t bring it to work, if your not happy with your job, move on to greener pastures,don?t take your frustrations out on people spending money at your employers place of business. These two ladies straight up slinging quality subs and handling the whole operation by themselves? I?ve never seen Team work... like it. These two ladies deserve a raise at the least!!! Usually great experience but today was my last time going to this Jersey Mikes. I am not an easy person to upset but this is... just ridiculous. It has happened twice at this location where I have placed my online order and drove to the store just to betold they were out of gluten free bread and cannot make my sandwich. No phone call. Today I even had to wait at the store foranother 10-15 mins after my order was supposed to be ready to be told this and a quick ?sorry! We can?t make it? Just a terriblefeeling to have your time wasted just to have to start the lunch process all over again. Hard to do when you only have 30 minfor lunch! Also still waiting on my refund? Read more
We wanted to grab a quick lunch today and stopped in. We haven't been to a Jersey Mike's for years but now we wonder what's... taken so long?!! All food was so fresh - the meat is sliced right in front of you and portions are great. They were busy andonly 2 staff but they worked so quickly and well and with passion. Great employees. Love me some Jersey Mike's!! I am obsessed with their cheese steak, and everytime I eat here I am compelled to stick with the... "#56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak". Grilled onions, green peppers, portabella mushrooms, jalapenos and *extra* white Americancheese....that's a lot of yummy goodness, right thurr! Great service, I have never had to wait in line.
