The cookies were delicious but the employees could use some training as far as customer service goes. The website says curbside... pickup, but the person at the counter told me they "don't do that", despite parking being notoriously impossible in the DelmarLoop. The bottled drinks are unreasonably expensive. They aren't premium options for water/soda but were priced at around$3.00. Again, the cookies are delicious....just be prepared for the other issues. This place is delicious. The cookies are warm and soft always and the ice cream is also a treat. They are also open pretty late... so that is another plus. 10/10 I would recommend. Read more
The cookies are absolutely delicious, and the delivery driver was very nice. My only reason for dinging a star was that they... texted me and said I was the next in line for delivery, and my order would be there in a moment. I sat by the door, and itdidn?t show up for 35 more minutes. They should fix the app so it doesn?t tell someone they are about to receive a delivery sofar ahead. I ordered a monster sandwich... They crushed a cookie in the ice cream...put it in a container and put a separate cookie in a... sleeve and that was my "sandwich".... I should have at least gotten 2 cookies. But nope... They literally charged me for a"monster cookie sundae" and a separate cookie. I didn't even realize it until I was down the road.
