Been coming here since it opened in Oxford. Always had a great experience. But April 24th, I went in to get some ice cream of... course. I was slapped with rude comments about what they were out of because I clearly couldn?t see what they did or didn?thave. They had about 3 flavors on the counter with no label. So I ask for Chocolate like I always do. They didn?t have it andshe told me I needed to choose a different flavor and rudely pointed at the empty chocolate container. The slab was broke?Maybe. They refused to mix anything in. The slab was obviously icing over like it always does. But it was absolutely nasty. Itwas so unclean it looked like they hadn?t cleaned it all day. Be aware of this Mable Slab Creamery?s horrible customer service. As the previous review stated, the employees have a major chip... on their shoulders and they seem to enjoy being rude. It is so sad that management has not cleaned up this disgusting behavior. Read more
I placed the order two days in advance and paid. At the date and time I want to pick up the cake they said they haven't made it... yet I have to wait two more hours for that. Which totally ruin our event and without any apology. Probably they get used totaking order they aren't able to process and refund. Read more

The frozen yogurt was pretty good. However, the brownie was quite dry and chewy. Friendly service.
Delicious! And the 2 young ladies were so friendly, awesome customer service & experience.
