We have been here quite a few times and our order is either incorrect or missing items every time. On our last visit the girl on... the speaker had a very gloomy attitude. When we asked how she was she said "I'm here," and the boy at the window was veryunfriendly and rolled his eyes at the car in front of us. Our order was incorrect and missing an item. That will be our lasttime visiting. They need some leadership that can motivate their employees to take pride in their job, no matter how small,because everyone is important. This is a terrible situation for those young people to establish their job skills, they will havea difficult time finding success. Read more
13-minute ticket time for the KFC and they sent out the TB right away. When I asked with the TB order where the rest of it was,... the employee started handling the taco. I was appalled! I tried to mention something to (I guess it was the manager?) but heliterally didn't care and wouldn't even listen to what I was saying. There is a 0% chance I will be going back here. (I gave ittwo stars instead of one because after waiting 13 minutes and my son and I finishing our TB order, at least the KFC was a freshdrop. It better be for that long of a wait time.) Read more
This Taco Bell is not good. Old fry oil so the chips and cantina tacos were disgusting. Chicken wasn't fresh. They left my... quesadilla in the grill, burnt it, and still gave it to me. $56 worth of garbage. Soft tacos were okay... Read more
The chicken pot pie was awesome. The service was less than stellar. We used apple pay to pay for our food but aligning the phone... with the device proved slightly challenging. The guy had an attitude while trying to get it to work. He actually held the deviceand the phone but was still giving attitude. Read more
Line was long, but pretty much it was good service. My hubby likes taco bell and I like KFC chicken, so it works out for us... both. The food was great and the staff was willing to work with us putting in a 2nd late order while we're still in the middleof waiting in line @ the drive thru. Read more
The service was quick, the building was well-maintained, and if I wasn't in such a hurry, I probably would have chosen to sit... down and eat. The food was warm, but my only gripe was the fact there wasn't enough of a slushy (for lack of a better name) tofill up a cup.
