Update: Forgot I said I wasn't coming back here. Nothing has changed, the service is still lousy. Apparently basic courtesies... don't apply any more. I came in, they were not busy at all, and I walked up to the counter. I smiled and said good afternoon tothe worker taking the first part of my order. She didn't say a word, just stared at me like she was irritated I didn't just getdown to business. I then gave her my order, she responded to my requests as rudely as possible, and the passed on my sandwich tothe other rep. The second one was nicer, but still, probably not coming back here. Staff were really friendly, sandwich was amazing.
Literally if you can go to any other Subway, I choose that over this place. If something happens by mistake it's automatically... your fault they'll basically argue with you on the phone. Basically can't even eat the food that was accidentally picked up andall they want to do is just say it is my wife's fault. Read more
I came in about two days ago, they seemed understaffed and overworked, and one of the employees were crying, and the other was... trying to keep it all together while there was many people, please work your staff better this isn't acceptable. Read more
Normally love this subway but the woman working was very rude right off the bat. We stood off to the side in the dinning area to... collect orders for our family when she asked ?Are you going to order anything or-?? She was short with us during the entireinteraction and the sandwiches she made were the worst we?ve gotten at a subway. Toppings like the cucumber and spinach were oldand we barely were given any toppings. Had to ask multiple times just get the standard amount. Sandwiches were mostly bread,very disappointing. Please note that I normally do NOT post reviews...but this was so bad, I could not help myself. There were two employees working... at the Universal City (near HEB at 910 Kitty Hawk) at 12:23 on October 19th. Watching these two work Was almost physicallypainful. One employee was just stood near the cash register while the other employee was making sandwiches and I swear he wasactually trying to move as slow as possible. He would put a topping on a sandwich then meander to the area in the back only toreturn to slowly put one item on the same sandwich. As they are doing this, they did not acknowledge a single customer (which bynow we?re piling in). I stood in line for exactly 4 minutes with the line not moving and neither employee appearing to have anysense of urgency. I finally left without ordering. I have been in HR for more than 15 years (and a secret shopper for twoyears) so I know how difficult it is to find people who want to work, but if the manager of this store (I really hope it was notone of these two employees) felt these employees were going to be good hired, then I think the manager would benefit fromreceiving training on customer service; hiring and motivating employees to be better than this. Essentially, if you havenothing but time to kill and want to be invisible, you will definitely get your moneys? worth at this store. Read more
I love the fresh bread that is baked everyday! They also bake delicious cookies daily. The white chocolate macadamian is super... moist. They have a new smores summer cookie. It is yummmy! Read more
