We enjoy going here for the food but the service is great! ???????? They're always smiling, making sure your order is correct &... that you get exactly what you want. We usually go for the same sandwich (creatures of habit) but today I tried something new andit was as delicious as my regular sandwich. You can't go wrong here. This place makes way better sandwiches than some otherplaces I've visited. The portions are big, the deli meat is fresh and the bread is really tasty too. Hey, they have the bestcookies!! Food is OK but nothing spectacular. Everything was a little bland but still edible. Brocolli cheese soup needed some more... flavor. I ended up putting hot peppers in it to jazz it up. Ordered my sick husband soup and a sandwich. The sandwich came dry and 1 Piece of meat each which he didn?t even eat . The soup... was cold. Waste of $40 Read more
Have ate here a couple times and have been pleased with the quality but today I ordered a chicken salad sandwich that literally... came with everything but the chicken salad. Ok, I gave a 1 star because that was the lowest one they had. This was my fourth time here. I filled out a survey for them and... now a review here. So, the first time I was there I ordered A big Cubano with double meat and double cheese tomato, pickle,mustered. When I got home I was disappointed as I paid $ 17.97 for the sandwich alone. I really felt that this could not havebeen double meat/cheese. But I have always said you should give a place 3 chances. 2nd time, same order but this time I onlyordered regular meat and cheese to see the difference. There was no difference at all. I figured that the 1st time was just amistake so I took it on the chin and went back a 3rd time but this time went back to the double meat/cheese. Everything thattime was correct. Very happy with the food. 4th visit, This time I also decided to treat a few friends to dinner. 4 sandwichesand 6 cookies. I tried something different this time. The steakhouse beef. Regular meat but it comes with Blue cheese and that Ican not stand so I ordered it with no Blue Cheese and replaced it with double Provolone. You guessed it, it came with doubleBlue cheese as well. Total waste. Now the cookies they put on the bottom of the bag under the 3 hot sandwiches. They were theChocolate Brownie cookies. They melted and not very appetizing to look at. Absolutely delicious! The staff was extremely professional and efficient. They kept the line moving without being rude to... customers. The food was also fresh and tasty. I bought a wreck on wheat, Cheddar Sun Harvest chips, a Squeezed LemonadeNantucket, and a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Read more
The manager here is awesome! He hustled to assist customers in a long line, and was super friendly and responsive to everyone.... Very rare to see a manger like him these days! He even offered free cookies because of the long wait. Read more
