Clean Most of all the games work and they are actually pretty fun Love the carousel Little older ladies working hard in the back... cooking trying their best to make food fast enough than you can eat. Pass by some tables where people got a plate full of foodand didn't eat it all. You customers need to be humble and eat what you KNOW you can eat. Which shouldn't be that muchanyways. Had my kids party on a Saturday @3pm. I had to ask for everything. Asked for my cake that I had in the walk in. No knife or... plates. Party room has no decor anymore. Would have been nice to know. Had to ask for game card, cups, where to put dirtydishes. Only one sweet young man came in the last 45 minutes. The food was not what it was. And not being put out fast. Nobaked potato ????. We did not get a rundown of tickets and in the stress I forgot. I would suggest a template email or adetailed information page on website about party's and rooms. And corporate needs to pay more to get more employees. Don't sayyou can't. You all have secont homes. Read more
Typical pizza buffet. It was ok but lacked in many ways. Each time I tried a pizza it just didn?t have much flavor. The... pastas weren?t very flavorful either. The bar was very clean and mostly kept in good stock. The salad bar was ok as well. Thedessert pizzas weren?t great but ok. The arcade area was a bonus and the workers were very helpful and kind. Went here to eat with my kiddos. They are under 12. For the buffet for all of us and two 10 dollar game cards I paid 44. ... They played and had a great time here. I am only giving 4 stars because the place was really busy and my kids wanted to ridethe bumper cars. However we could not find an attendant to run them for us. Read more
I do not recommend going here. It was a waste of time and money buying a game card because majority of the games didn?t work.... You spend money on the game to then see it?s not counting or aiming to shoot correctly. Gave 2 stars because we went on Mondayaround 1pm and the pizza was replenished quickly and didn?t taste bad. They should have more of a selection though. Husband saidthe baked potato and salad were good. We will not return though. Read more
I'm surprised how this place had changed. Sadly not for good. Cashier seemed to be on a bad bad day. Bad enough to not provide... friendly service, also the floor was a complete mess with food everywhere. High chair for kids are so old ,not cleaned. It'sobvious this place doesn't have a manager or someone in charge of the restaurant and if it does it just doesn't care about theplace. Would probably say it must had been a long time the owner visited this place because it needs a lot of attention.. sad tosay I would not be returning here. Maybe in a future if it changes management. If I could I would rate this place between 3 and 4 stars. The place had pretty good food, drinks and desserts. One thing that... would make it better would be if all the games worked, as some of them were out of service/broken. I also wish there were moreprize options for candy and toys, for when you don't win that many tickets. Other than that, it was a pretty okay place, I thinkit could be improved a bit more though. Last time we'll order from Gattis. Two of our pizzas were butchered...cut up in different directions and even had a torn off... piece just tossed on top. A third pizza wasn't cooked completely. We also paid for multiple sauces and received none! Read more
