I'm very disappointed with Little Ceasars 101 Mansfield Hwy. On the 6th of October I ordered on the app 36.00 worth of pizza... drove over to store it's closed due to system being down was told by manager Nancy R to come back tomorrow for my order orrefund. Then proceeded to advice people standing around to go the the Lancaster st store and the manager would fill orders Idid not gi there I wanted my money back. Was given the runaround and to day I came to see Nancy R. She called the Lancasterstore and made a production about it was picked up I told her that's a lie and to give me corporates phone number. I took itupon my self to call the Lancaster store and the manager said she knew nothing about it and the Mansfield manager was lying sohere I am no money and no pizza. I do understand that they are short staff but really the employees they get out and yes they u have time for a smoke break and... they don't have they uniforms or shoes for work they have sandls when they help u they say hey wass up I really need to talkto some about this. I had to wait 45 minutes for a pizza that's burned and greasy .All the customers are upset because they have to wait 30&45... minutes. Get people that want to work .No more little Caesars pizza for us. Read more

Visited the Ridgeland Mississippi store tonight at about 7:30 and heard a statement from your counter girl I thought I would... never hear from a fast food establishment. QUOTE....We aren't taking orders right now cause we're too busy. End quote. Thiswhile she was just standing there and at least two others were standing in the kitchen area having a jovial conversation. Oneworker was making a SINGLE pizza and another was cutting and boxing the only pizza on the counter. Ya'll closed the Pizzaria inMadison Mississippi which was a good store, and Ridgland is the next closest. But with the attitude that was displayed I doubtI'll be back there.
