No wait to order. Took over 30 minutes and they had canceled out half my order. One guy had been there almost an hour and was... waiting on one drink out of the 5 he had ordered. I had to tell them he had been there long before me. They need to STOPcanceling out orders until they have actually been made and they need to make them in the order they come in and STOP jumpingahead to other orders. The staff was all nice. Went here for the first time. They have 5 different sizes and so many flavors and toppers you can customize. They even have some... custom sodas too. They even have 2 Bimini Ring games on the outside seating area. Overall good experience. Read more
I love snow cones, and they had the fluffy kind and so many flavors and toppings. Mybwife knows I like snow cones so she... brought me here for our wedding anniversary hahaha, it was a nice and cheap celebration. Those little snow cones trucks arealways hit or miss. It was my first time here my wife used to go in high school. Feels wierd reading snow cones but this ismaybe the 4th best place I've had a snow cone, I'd give it a 4 or 4.5 out of 5 stars. I did a mobile order so we didn?t have to wait, we waited 15min past the pick up time and even after I asked about our order 5... minutes into waiting. My order was placed in the back for some reason so they went to get it when I asked the second time. Bythen it was melted. The entire time the staff was talking and joking around while we waited. I hate to be one to complain. But the parking was small and they took a long time at the drive thru. Plus my husband didn't get... what he ordered. He repeated his order 3 times. This is my favorite place for sno cones, hands down. They have a ton of flavors, toppings & even ice cream that you can add to... the bottom of the cup. That's not all though. They offer smoothies, Red Bull Infusions, Frozen Cafe & other treats. I go hereanytime, not just in the dead heat of summer. There's always a line, however the staff moves it a long quickly & efficiently.They're always nice & cheerful. I recommend this place 12/10 ????????? Read more
We have gone to this place many times and rarely have a bad experience. However, tonight, we got a large snow come that barely... had any syrup in it. It covered the surface and the rest was pure ice. When I called to tell them about it, they offered toreplace it. My wife drove up and got it replaced but also got a bunch of attitude from the girl at the window. Then, she went totake a bite and got an over abundance of syrup in each bite. It?s to the point of soup. So, I am very unhappy with the serviceat this place and even more so with the response to the poor service. I will also be looking. Great place for a frozen treat. Parking lot is a little small so with the drive thru line, it's kind of hard to park. Wish they... had some sort of lids to place on their cups because when we get it to go, by the time we get home, the stuff melts all over thecar. Read more
