Came here on a Sunday around 8pm (listed closing at 9pm) and and they were already closed. Went to Voodoo Doughnuts instead.
Walked in store at 22:43 ( 17 minutes before store closed). Not crowded like last time, less than 5 customers . Ordered 6pack... from menu, 2 white cashiers told me ( I am Asian) I have to take the corner old cold box of 6 pack rolls . I don?t understandwhy they can not give me the fresh warm rolls from their table. They have at least 30 fresh baked rolls and it?s almost storeclosing time. What?s the point give customers old cold cinnamon rolls in the corner and then throw fresh warm ones to trash binafter store closed? I just don?t understand this logic. I have a 9 years old kid spent whole day at universal studiosHollywood and wanted warm rolls to eat. If this is during daytime store just opened or have 20 customers behind me waiting forindividually warm rolls then totally make sense. You give customers nice warm rolls will help your businesses, they will comeback buy more. Normal business way is sell warm fresh rolls to customers instead of throwing good ones to trash bin and forcecustomers take cold ones. Read more
I love how they bake their cinnamon buns fresh everyday. I never have old still buns before. However, their frosting is just way... too sweet for me. I always have use napkins to wipe off most of the frosting. But their buns is always warm & soft. Read more
I am at a loss for words. I wanted a nine package mini bons to go, but was told that it was only for delivery pick. I looked... around, and there was no sign indicating that. FALSE advertisement. If it is on your menu, the franchise should abide by it. But it was Christmas and did not want to make a scene. In the future please advertise accurately. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Read more
The bat was ok, the soup broth was TERRIBLE. I'll rate it a 3/5 but there's other places out there that's better quality soup... but still isn't bad for your run. So I saw the ad the other day post free coffee, so few days after I came but i forgot i had myphone on me and asked for one but they just declined. Read more
10/10 these are unreal and I recommend everybody to try, just wish there was shops in Manchester
Cinnabon is always amazing as a rule of thumb. They?re really just the best when it comes to cinnamon rolls/pastries. Still,... this place was lacking in customer service and some of the buns I got were cold or rock hard. Eww! They need to step up theirgame. However, will say that I still do love me some Caramel Pecanbons in a 4-pack! Read more
