Worst customer service ever. Ordered a box of coffee and it took forever to finish. Had to remind staff to give me crème on the... side. Bought other stuff outside and came in to my friends table to pick up Aroma coffee. The Asian lady yelled at us: nooutside food! I understand there is no outside food allowed but we don?t deserve that attitude. Read more

The ambiance is so chill and nice. Location is great for access with lots of parking. The service was decent. I ordered iced... latte and egg croissant with turkey bacon. Loved it. The turmeric tea was a great and vibrant addition. The complimentarychocolate espresso bars were nice added cool factor. Good for a quick breakfast stop. Will come again. Read more
The owner is very friendly, and accomodates to all your needs! The blended iced matcha smoothie was exceptional, I really... enjoyed the flavor and texture of it. The espresso with steamed cream on the side is just right. The iced aroma is verytasy. The Greek Yogurt Cherry Danish, warmed up in the toaster oven, is just delicious, it is a must try for danishlovers. The lentil soup is good, not as thick as what I am used to. I haven't tried all the soups, so far they are good. Thesandwiches are tasty, the ingredients are fresh, but the prices are simply too high. Who wants to pay $10 for a salad? Themenus on the TV screens mounted above the cash register have a noticeable and annoying problem. They scroll too often, and thatmakes it such that a customer must wait for the next iteration to refocus their mind on what they want to order. It isunderstandable that they possess a menu with a large variety of items, but for practical purposes, scroll the menu at a slowerrate. The problem compounds to a worse state where an elderly person, immigrant, or those who have a hard time with English,will struggle too much to order a simple item. Slow it down! This caused me an issue where I had to stand there for a longperiod of time to take photos for this stores photo gallery. The location has construction, and will remain that way for a yearor two, due to the building of high rises, restaurants, and other amenities to be provided. Read more
