I've visited this location a few times and it's great to have an A&W Drive Thru option. The staff have always been nice at this... location, but I wish they were a bit more attentive to the orders. Nothing big, but every time I am to be missing something...sauce, gravy... something small each time, but enough to not make your meal, you know? Read more
I was at this location a couple times a night during the weekends, whenever I am there I see the supervisor yelling at the... cashiers and other workers. I hope I never have to work here and work with that lady, absolutely unprofessional anddisrespectful to the customers coming in to enjoy their food to have to see the entire team be humiliated wont be coming backever again. I hope there was an option for 0 star. Absolutely unprofessional, irresponsible people and extremely terrible... service. Ordered a combo and waited at the drive thru window. Tried to call the guy a few times as I wanted to change the friesto onion rings. The guy was wearing airpod in his ear and turned deaf. Eventually I told him and requested for the change. The guy just told me that it would be extra and just WALKED AWAY. After a while a lady open the window and tried to charge usagain for the whole combo. Apparently they didn't even communicate. I explained to her and finally she seemed to have thingssorted out. She said she was going to refund us for the fries and charge us for the onion rings. (When you buy a combo andchoose to upgrade the fries to onion rings. The difference is $1. 2. But she is asking for $1. 65. )That's totally fine. Ididn't even pay attention to the difference of a few cents. Paid as requested. They eventually passed the food. After I droveaway I noticed that they DID NOT even put the sandwich in the bag. It is ok if you are being smart for charging your customer assome people don't even notice. Even if they notice, they may not even care. But why it is so difficult to get food here fromhere? I parked the car and went back to the counter. AGAIN, it took a lot of efforts to have those people noticed you. Theyare so good at ignoring people. I intended to get my sandwich and leave. But it was such a great experience so that I lost allmy appetite. Finally the lady came to me and it was NOT UNTIL THEN the guy told her that the sandwich was always in the corner.I guess it must be the first time they finally communicated and figured out what was going on.
