I come here for breakfast, lunch and in the evening when I am in the area and have always received fast, friendly service. My... food has been hot and tastes good and the staff always asks how many creams and sugar do you like in your coffee and they aresometimes really busy as this is in a popular spot and you still receive great service. Should be negative stars because this location is HORRIBLE on multiple occasions. We will never ever go here again. On one... occasion, we ordered a big breakfast and a number 9 meal. When we got home, we only received pancakes for the big breakfast(nothing else that comes with it) and NO SANDWICH with the number 9 meal! My husband drove back there & they were arguing withhim instead of making it right. We threw all of the food away and never received a refund or making it right. Today, we orderedon the app. My husband went to pick it up. He chose pick up curbside. They said they never got the order that we must haveordered at another location. He showed them the app and it was the correct location. They told him that he had to go through thedrivethru and talk to them. The line was incredibly long.
