Tastes off. Not original chef/cook. The garlic knots are tiny now. I ordered 3 thinking my friend and I can share.. they were... barely bigger than an munchkin. I was in there for 3-4 minutes (no one else online) before anyone greeted me. I noticed a guy walk in after (white) immediately... waited on and served so quickly. Maybe because I'm brown? Will not be going here if I don't have to. mama theresa's is betterANYWAYS! Read more

Food is always good, the service has gotten really bad. Hofstra employees get a 5% discount. Usually they are very friendly and... love the business we give them. On this particular day the food service worker - amazing as always. The cashier must've beenhaving a bad day! I asked if he had applied my hofstra discount (mind you I am wearing Hofstra gear, lanyard and ID) he said " Ican't read your mind - you didn't show me your ID". Very true, I didn't show him my ID. The correct/appropriate responseshould've/could've been - no you didn't show me your ID. I responded - No, I don't expect you to be a mind reader, here is myID. It was at most $1.00 less than the original bill. I don't need that dollar but the attitude was uncalled for. He thenpurposely delayed giving me my order. He gave two other folks their food before mine (mine was ready first). I guess hisshortness in stature affects his thought process and personality as well. If you don't like working in the food serviceindustry get another job. Please don't bring your negativity to work and ruin it for the rest of us taking a break to get somefood. Read more

Most of the time I?ve ordered pizza here, it?s alright, but I ordered a Penne à la Vodka dish with grilled chicken, and... it... did not taste ANYTHING like vodka sauce.... it didn?t look like it either... since I was starving today, I went ahead and ate it(wasn?t bad), but wasn?t what I was expecting.... mental note: don?t order this dish at this place... Walked-in and had to greet myself because if I didn't the guy standing at the register wouldve had me standing there without... saying a word. Then the pizz...sauce and cheese and everything was just blan not tasty AT ALL - basically i will not bereturning!
