I ordered the French toast combo and my hashbrowns with onions and cheese. Didn't get onions and cheese. Waitress brought it... back and they slapped a cold slice of cheese on top and onions. I told the waitress they didn't melt the cheese, she offers tomicrowave it for me. I agree and she puts it in the microwave. She comes back and says she nuked it 3 times and the cheese stillwasn't melted. While my food was in the microwave, said waitress was taking orders and seating people while my food sat in themicrowave no less than 10 minutes for something that is 30 seconds or less to melt the damn cheese. Ordered ham egg cheese. was asked how I wanted egg cooked hard or runny? Told her hard. She said she likes hers runny. This is... what I got!! Bread was not toasted just dunked in butter!! walked out told her. HER breakfast was on table!! DO NOT STOP HERE UNLESS YOU ARE A TRUCKER. Would give it 0 stars if I could. Was headed toward Atlanta, and stopped by a little... late around 9 20 or so, and saw that there wasn't that many people there. They said that we could only order to go due to shortstaff. Since we were all starving, we had no choice and ordered to go. Took almost 1 and a half hours for the food to arrive. Weleft around 10 30 or so. Unbelievable. IHOP has always been slow, but never this slow. The pancakes were burnt and they didn'tprovide any syrup. Luckily our hotel had some. the place seemed a little better for the truckers, as they were in and out prettyquick. Let me tell you, no matter how hungry, do not stop here. (Wife posting) Ok I?ve been here twice in the past month I?m a local and this is one of the closest sit down restaurants to... where I live. The first time I was alone and the second time I brought one of my six kids for a treat. The first time I ate hereI had Whitney as a server and she was top notch providing me with wonderful service with a great smile. My food was deliciousand I took my time eating and relaxing as I said I have six kids so it?s a rare opportunity to get a moment alone. She checkedin on me and made sure that my visit was what can only be described as stellar. The second visit upon arrival I was greeted andwas told that they were short staffed, I explained we weren?t in a hurry and with all the staffing issues as of late we would bemore than happy to wait and enjoy or meal. My son and I took a seat and guess what Whitney was my server once again. I assuredher that we were not in a hurry. She took our order and was just a pleasant and efficient as she was on my first visit. The foodwas delicious but what really made it special was the great service we received. I?ve read the comments on here and havefollowed this ihop since their open a few months ago. With people not wanting to work and not even caring when they DO have ajob it?s definitely a bonus to find individuals who have a knack for their chosen career path. Whitney deserves a raise and ahuge pat on the back for being a great and valuable employee. I truly hope that the other customers can look past the wait timesand under staffing and see that the ones there are there to work and do this company much justice by not only showing up butworking hard with a smile the whole time. Received this free stack of pancakes flyer through the mail. Decided to redeem the coupon this past Sunday. The first table... wasn't comfortable for there was an air conditioner vent right above the table so I asked to be reseated. It took about 15minutes for the food to come. Along with the pancakes I ordered fries eggs and turkey bacon with water. Not one single time wasI visited by a waiter. Not once. The pancakes were mediocre. They weren't fluffy at all. More on the tougher side than fluffy. 2out of 5 ?s because the service was poor and the supposedly main attraction was not up to par. Read more
By far the worst experience Ive had at a restaurant. Sat 10 mins waiting on my drink .while they were standing in a crowd... talking . Didn?t get a single refill . The whole 45 mins I was there . The country fried steak was hard as a rock barley able toeat it and the hash browns weren?t edible . If I could give 0 stars I would ! Read more

We walked in and waited to be seated and nobody paid us any attention. One of the cooks finally came out of the bathroom and... told us ?to go orders only ?. There were people sitting down everywhere. Didn?t seem like they wanted to work . I know there isa shortage in staff but good customer service goes a long way .Waffle House gladly took us with less employees on shift . Read more
