Order Wendy grilled chicken sandwich end up with spicy chicken sandwich, baconator didn't receive that, order side for our chili... didn't get that. Can't get their orders right and very disappointed. Not the first they done this. Read more
Drive thur lady was rude. Fries were hardly warm and weren't salted. They only had one person in front of me.
Septemember 1st 2020, 8pm. Pretty decent, they haven?t screwed up my order yet. I only come here like twice a month since I... don?t live nearby- although it?s on the way to my trade school so it works out alright, usually just order a couple items-Sometimes the employees sound annoyed or just tired but that?s completely chill , I understand the environment and how customersare which probably put them in a stressful mood. Honestly I really like Wendy?s it has healthy options like grilled chicken sandwiches and salads my favorite is strawberry... summer salad, but I wish they had lettuce options I only like romaine lettuce! Just got some fries here. Great service and for the first time in years a fast food restaurant gave me ketchup without me having... to ask to go with my fries. Kudos to them for finally bringing a customer experience focused policy back. Read more
This Wendy's has never gotten my order wrong, and the food is always really warm. Service is often quite quick too.
Window love was not there tonight when someone greets you over the speaker "Wendys". Its like "yeah I know where I'm at, are you... ready for my order", that is what I want to know. I don't know what's going on now days. I worked fast food back in the day andI always greeted the customer and asked for an order... thought that was custimary. NOT now... apparently these days... nowthey say "ready"(?)who me or you(?) "What you want?" "Go ahead" "ORDER" wow things have change. Food was what it always isdidn't blow my mind. Service...I've had way better. Atmosphere...ah it's the drive through line it's either quick, so so, orit's slow, nothings better then having a diesel truck just pumping exhaust that's getting sucked right up in your viechle for 15minutes.
