I am writing this review because today, they made the best bagel I have ever had. The employees here are extremely rude for absolutely no reason. They need to drop their horrible attitude. Also the coffee isn?t... good either. Don?t come here unless you want to be treated badly and pay for something that?s not even worth the money. I wish Icould give 0 stars. The Lady at the window was rude and extremely mean telling me my truck was too loud (there?s nothing done to my exhaust AT ALL... Ordered a turkey club, great sandwich. Coffee didnt taste vary fresh but was alright and my muffin has a hair on it ?????? was... looking forward to trying this muffin but i wont be trying it now. Read more
Learn how to speak with customers. Waiting at the drive-thru window to receive my order. Wait was longer than should be but her... rudeness had no issues. When you try to give me the wrong order and I tell you that?s not mine twice and I ask you if you?reshort staffed, you don?t need to have an attitude and tell me everyone is and do you know people who want to work. Instead youshould apologize for the mistake (would have been end of story) and be focused on giving me my breakfast that I received coldbecause it has been sitting on the counter and you?re trying to give me the wrong order. Yes. I do actually know people who willrun this establishment like a clock, but they?ll fire you the 1st minute they?ll be in charge. There?s a way to talk to acustomer and you need to learn that. Nice, new facility. Rough staff. I went there one evening for coffee while I worked. The place is beautiful. However, the staff... members were loudly cursing and complaining while blasting their nasty music - killing the atmosphere. I'll try this again in amonth and update my post. Read more
Everyone who works here is always so nice and the service is quick. Definitely my favorite Tim Hortons around.
