Very poor customer service. My pizza was ready at 4:15 they said they didn't have an order under my name and wouldn't allow my... daughter to call home. It is a ten - fifteen minute drive from my home and she came home with no pizza. I called an a light cameon in her head and said oh ya we do have puzza for you. Now the puzza is an hour being done and a 2nd trip to LC and she had anasty attitude. ???? these people are demanding more money and hour to do the job and they aren't worth the minimum wage. The food is good but that is Little Caesars. 1. Call before you arrive to make sure this location is open. Even post pandemic... it is hit or miss with this particular location. 1. Prior to arrival, make sure they do in fact have Hot & Ready pizza. 3. Make sure they are not out of what you want before coming to the store. The owner should sell this place because he issquandering a great opportunity. This location is horrible. Recommend going to the Little Caesars at Airport Rd. & Highland,just down the street. The pizza tastes great! Nice amount of cheese and sauce, compared to other locations. Unfortunately, short staffed but the... woman in charge is pleasant despite the stress of doing it all! The lobby was full of people waiting but everyone was patient. Phone kept ringing and there was no one to answer. I feel bad that there aren't more people willing to work. Read more
These people don?t even answer the phone during store hours. I called twice on my phone just to have them answer and instantly... hang up. Then we called on my girlfriends phone and it was the same story. I?ve worked at a busy pizza place before, no matterhow stressful it would get I wouldn?t hang up on customers faces. Chris is a superb manager and helpful with party planning and helping you to get to be right number of pizzas for your guest... list. The employees are kind and willing to help carry large orders to your car if you're coming in with small children or needassistance. This is the kind of place I am proud to have in my community. This location will be my go to spot for feedingfriends, family, and neighbors during get-togethers. Read more
