Often lacks Donuts. There is almost always more empty donut racks than ones with donuts. Service is "ok".

Just left this place on Union lake. I ordered a breakfast sandwich: sourdough 2 scrambled eggs and cheese. The sandwich had one... half of a slice of thin bacon on it. I asked if this is the way they make this sandwich everyday and the girl said yes. I haveincludes pics of what is advertised than then what I was given. This is not a bacon sandwich. Read more

I'm not a big fan of Dunkin to start with, but this branch surpasses many others in bad costumers service. Really slow. Sloppy... service (Egg, cheese, and ham sandwich came without egg and cheese). Inconsistent online pre-order service. Understaffed? Maybe.It's everyone's excuse now. The store manager should have been covering if s/he really cared. Just avoid. Read more
I have lived in the area for over 20 years. This particular Dunkin Donuts used to be banging all the time, even during the night... hours. The employees were always friendly an d welcoming. I can't say the same for the new staff and atmosphere. I went there 2weeks ago after seeing the PEEPS latte ad on Facebook. It was the second day of the promotion and my husband and I stopped inaround 8:30pm or so. The woman behind the counter not only couldn't understand/comprehend correctly what we were saying, shedidn't even know her own products. We repeatedly asked for a PEEPS marshmallow latte, spelling "peeps" for her and everything. Ihad accidentally said "peeps marshmallow iced coffee" instead of "iced latte" and she was SUPER set on correcting my terms. Sheshould have acknowledged what I was TRYING TO SAY, being an employee that supposedly knows what they make in their own store.after sorting out the very dragged out "iced latte vs iced coffee" nonsense, my husband had to physically point out the PEEPSmarshmallow syrup in the pump dispenser. She kept saying "No peeps, no peeps, we don't have peeps" and had absolutely no flippinidea what it was until he pointed it out. She tried covering up her mistake by blaming my accidental misusage of "latte" and"coffee". Unacceptable. This was the worst experience I have ever had a Dunkin donuts. I will not be returning, I should neverhave to be so frustrated simply trying to order a large PEEPS marshmallow ICED LATTE. I will stick to my Bigby from now on- atleast they know their own ingredients. Read more
Got one of the employee's greasy scraggly beard hairs on one of my donuts, after I had already eaten the other one (which was... pretty stale), truly disgusting. Coffee wasn't hot either, had a real disappointing time all in all. Will not be coming back???????????????????????????? Read more
