The pretzels needed to be fresher but the drinks are great
Employees are rude, lazy , horrible attitudes. They always have a lack of assortment of items that should be available. Food is... almost always stale no matter what time you go by. Employees just flat out refuse to make items that are suppose to be availableand seem to go out of there way to make sure your whole experience is as miserable as possible. Overcooked pretzel that was worth about 1/4 of what I paid. Staff that barely acknowledges your existence and can't even be... bothered to grunt out a "thank you" when you leave them a tip. Don't be fooled by the temptation of delicious pretzels. Youwon't be getting those here. Read more

Worst experience I have had at an Auntie Anne?s location. I was unable to use a promo code through the app for a free pretzel... with a drink purchase, which I understand is not the stores fault but was upsetting. Regardless, I ordered two salted pretzels,two cheese dips and a strawberry frozen lemonade. It was not until I had already put my card in and entered my pin that I wasinformed there was only one salted pretzel left, which showed an extreme lack of awareness.The employee serving at the frontcounter seemed to be quite uncomfortable which was not enjoyable to encounter. What can I say? Ubiquitous pretzel snack place that is found in malls all across the land. I have always had a good snack from... them, and the pretzels are always soft and reasonably fresh. It is the best place in the mall to get something to eat when youdon't want a full meal or can't wait for food. Read more
don?t get me wrong - the pretzels were very good. it?s the lack of customer service that i rate this place a one star. last... night, my partner and i asked for two cups of salted pretzels. at first, me and my partner were told the pretzels were beingmade and would take 25 minutes. no big deal. we walked around the mall a little bit and then made our way back over. when we gotback it was the same guy that told us the 25 minute wait. so we said the same thing again. he VERY rudely said ?we only havethis one cup. that?s it. are you gonna take it or not?? instead of saying something on the lines of ?im sorry, we only have thisone cup. will that be alright?? very displeased with this experience and will probably not go back if he is the one at theregister. managers: train your cashiers on how to do customer service because he was very rude and did not understand whatcustomer service means.
