Great place for that cold treat.
Ruined a birthday but completely screwing up, then not caring about the cake. . On top of the cake was the correct order... confirmation with the right flavor listed. Someone scratched off the flavor and re wrote just plain vanilla. They did not callme to verify this nor inform us that they had made this change. Picked up cake, person behind the desk had no idea what to dowhen we asked them about the fact they scratched off the flavor we had chosen on the order confirmation. Person could barelyoperate the register. Since we were not sure about the cake flavor without cutting into it we brought it home and checked.Vanilla instead of Pistachio. Tried calling the location, no answer. They have not answered all day. Tried emailing themanagers, no response. Called corporate customer service to try and fix and there is nothing they can do to get in touch as theytried too. Not worth going back into the shop since the person there had not idea about anything so we get a birthday cake -not cheap ill add- that is completely wrong and no one to do anything about it to make it right. This location is sucks especially night staff. Very rude and bad customer services. They don?t contain Oreo cookie ice cream in... anytime. Especially, when you order after 9 o?clock they sold out many flavors. On the Uber eats, it will shows they have allthe flavor but you will get a call from Uber driver that whatever flavor you order, they sold out. Read more

No time for pictures, I like this place unfortunately there's no more chocolate flavor today, hope next time they have... additional, not sure could be strategy to sell other flavors. Read more
they did not honor there promotion. a woman and her child ordered a sunday to get one free. the sign didn't have any exclusions... on which sunday you could order. the woman read the sign and was still denied. when I ordered my sundae I was told the samething. Many good ice cream flavors which you can try And buy. Milk shakes are awesome. Reasonably priced. Parking available as well.... People working are also friendly. I usually go here every week. They have outside seating available so during summer time youcan sit outside and enjoy a nice milkshake or an ice cream. Read more
One of the worst outlet.. pals were highly unprofessional and rude in behavior they don't know what to do what is available what... not completely lost.. what was their job totally unexpected.. Please don't irritate clients and know your job well. Read more
