I have frequented this spot when I am in the area a lot. I have also been going to Red Crab House off 78. I like them better. I... went to Mr. Krabs Hut last night with my daughter. We waited very long. Unacceptably long. Our tea/sprite came right out.Edamame and hushpuppies came out. Oh my what in the world! We waited for our boils for a while. I asked my daughter who washungry was she ready to go? She said no. She really wanted seafood. At this point I was mentally done with slow Krabs Hut. It isone thing to bring out a table order but, for only one person. My daughter sat and waited for 30 additional minutes for herfood. So in all we waited for an hour. The waittress said the cook messed up her order. She ginally got her food when I was doneeating. I had a whole attitude of this is unacceptable. I tried to talk to I guess the owner or manager who put me off on mywaittress. This intels BAD business. A waiter/waitress is only serving. Now I think the waitress should have owner pay forhandling a customer service complaint that the manager could not handle or refused to handle. Now I had a small complaint when iwent to Red Crab House. But this was shortly after everything was opening back up in 2020. The owner returned my call and Iloved the way she handled her restaurant. Mr. Krab Hut owner stotally different at how she manage her busines. She should knowif customers are unhappy with service it makes you look bad as a business. Shortly thereafter, come closure because you can'tmaintain quoto due to time lack there of service to maintain staff and customers. Read more
Only gave it 2 stars because I loved the server. She was awesome. Drinks were good but the FOOD on the other hand was gross.... Very watery & bland. The crab legs were not fresh, tasted frozen. I wasted $85 on this. I will never be back honestly. Read more
It?s good the first few times. They do not listen when you tell them to do specific things like no lettuce (that?s tastes old)... no tomatoes. You can make these simple unflavored recipes yourself. It?s egg wash corn starch cayenne pepper salt n it?s nothingauthentic about this place. They have decent ideas but the price of food does not match the quality. The chicken tenders are sothinly cut. It?s terrible Popeyes prices but kids meal portions. Sad to say after trying everything here and purchased from hereat least 15 times I don?t like the quality of food here it?s less than mediocre.
