If you're not open 24 hours take that information down or tell your crew to stop locking the doors. The crew members are just... sitting while the line is not moving. I don't like McDonald's anymore but since it was the only thing that was open, my kids and I waited in line for ten minutes, the... guy at the cashier window repeated my order..I had a 4c deluxe. He repeated with spicy sauce. Long story they still gave me a 4cspicy when clearly it doesn't say it on the menu. You can absolutely tell this place works at bare minimal. They will give you old cold food that been sitting there for god know... how long! Coffee taste like dog s#*# too! Bet I won?t be back to that nasty place! Should have known better tbh being in thisarea of town. Read more
McD across US I known for clean restrooms, this one was not, clearly hadn't been serviced for a while as there were no... toiletries in any stall and overflow of used paper towels in bin. I bbn ordered McDouble and received Cheeseburger w/Bacon. Idrove bk and had order redone to get no pickles no onion and no sauce on it. I gave up & donated sandwich to a deserving personwondering outside. I also heard them tell another patron they were out of bbq sauce. The restaurant appeared to have ample staffyet my order was Sadly misrepresented & Wrong.... Many food vendor on this street, I will go across street next time to BK orWendy's, Sonic etc Read more
Tried stopping by before work this morning. Asked for two small coffee 6 cream 8 sugar. Received two black coffees. Disgusting... not how I like my coffee. Then they only take card or Apple Pay. I usually go to grab a bite to eat and charge up my equipment. They say its a 30min limit when dining in but usually theyll let... me linger a bit longer and I'm very very thankful for that. If you're gonna go tho, go early in the day or a couple hours beforeclose because this place stays busy. Other than the that the foods good and I have no complaints. Read more
We tried to order at the counter but they rudely refused us and said we had to order on the kiosk. We should have left right... then. I hate ordering on those things. You can't adjust your order like 'no mayonnaise' 'half sweet half unsweetened tea' forexample. Got our food the condiments were not even on the burger/chicken sandwich. They globbed mayonnaise on 1 spot on the sideof the bun so when put together it was all over the side and in the container. Same for the burger which wasn't supposed to haveketchup was drowned in ketchup. Was refused a drink refill saying the manager on shift didn't allow drink refills. On top of allthat the bathroom was freakish foul! Glad I was wearing waterproof boots! I won't ever go back here! Read more
I can?t believe how awful my experience was here. It says ?Open 24 Hours? both online and on the front door. I waited in the... drive thru line for 45 minutes and was the next one to order when they shut the lights off and said orders wouldn?t be back upfor another 45 minutes. Apparently the lobby is closed too ??????? The employees were very kind though! There?s just amanagement issue it seems! Read more
