Today I went to the store on Decoto Road and I confess that I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. The cashier... was so rude, so disrespectful, he made my order wrong several times and when I questioned the extra amount on my bill, he simplytold me that it was not his problem, the same attitude I saw repeated with other customers. I ordered chicken popcorn withoutpepper and after 20 minutes my chicken arrived red from so much pepper, when I asked to change this boy with dyed blonde hairand totally ignorant, he threw the package and said I would have to wait again. When I ran out of lunch time I went to talk tohim again and he simply told me to keep waiting or he would refund the money. At the end I said I would talk to Mr. Shi, thestore owner and this clerk told me, I don't care, you can talk to whoever you want, I'm done of you. I've been coming here since 2006. Drinks & food have always been good, but the cashiers usually have an annoyed attitude and... very rude. This has been an on going thing for some time now. Cash only and they charge an extra $1 for using a debit card. Nocredit cards. Read more
This for me is a 3 star because I love the drinks and all of the food here. I?ve been coming here for the last 7-8 years, and... despite living quite far, me and my family still love the drinks and popcorn chicken. Here?s the thing though, customer serviceis honestly quite terrible. Workers are usually rude and their mood is always jaded. I don?t think I?ve had one good experienceregarding customer service here in the last 7 years. Update: The workers have actually been a lot kinder lately and our drinksare prepared incredibly fast.
