I don't want to be that guy, but,this place is trash. Taste nothing like most Round Tables. Quality is garbage. Order was wrong.... Food was cold. And what did show up just tasted off. Always love the pizza here. This time I was picking up for my kids during their Kung-Fu tournament at a nearby high school. In... the process of wrapping things up to go I managed to leave my wallet behind. The young man at the counter didn't notice it tillafter I left so had no way to call me since we were a walk-in order. They went and found me on Facebook and messaged me theyfound it and held it for me. It took a couple hours for me to realize it was missing, so they were real life savers since wewere heading back to Seattle the next day. Read more
Pizza is good but poor customer service. Picked up my pizza and asked the lady (forgot to get her name but I think she's Latina)... if I can have some cheese powder packets. The pizza is great but that?s probably the only thing. These guys are super stingy with literally everything else. Ordered 12... breadsticks? Here?s a single 1/4 filled marinara sauce cup. Need plates? How many people are eating? *proceeds to split andcount the paper plates* Cheese and pepper? We ordered a pizza online and picked it 15 minutes after I placed the order, 5 minutes before the order was supposed to be... ready. They gave us super COLD pizza, the crust is not what I ordered and it is rudely tossed mess together. Frozen pizza is 10times better. I have been a faithful customer of this round table. I ordered a pizza every week for over a decade for delivery. The pizza,... staff and especially the delivery people were great. Now, they have fired their delivery drivers and hired door dash, who haveapparently taken over this business. Over a week ago I ordered a pizza and was told it would be here in an hour. After an hourand a half I called again and was told it should be here soon. I called two more times and was told the same thing. After overtwo hours I went outside to find they had just dumped the pizza and left without ringing the doorbell or letting me know theywere here. The pizza was cold and had a Bug in it and I had to throw it out. I called and told the so called manager, Alexa,who said she would talk to door dash and have them pay for it. I?m still waiting for my refund 10 days later. My transaction waswith round table, not door dash and I expect my $31:66 refunded to me immediately. Read more
