If you never have been, try a slider with cheese. You will love it or hate it. If you love it, order 3 more. Frys are good too.
Typical White Castles. Not a huge fan to begin with, was getting it for someone else. They took the order but then we were... stuck in drive through at least 10+ minutes before we could move. No space to change your mind and leave. The fries had zerosalt or flavor. Super soggy. I guess the burgers were typical white castle burgers, the friend that wanted it was happy. Theentrance of parking lot is super tight on a very busy road. Couldn't pull in as someone was pulling out. Had to basically stopin the narrow highway shoulder waiting for car to leave so we can get in. If you have to have White Castles then great its theplace for you. Skip the FF, be careful going in/out of the lot, and plan to wait for a while. However if you just want a burgerplenty of other places in area to choose from. Read more
Food was hot! 8:30 pm Drive thru was very slow...young lady at window very nice...
I ordered ahead on the app and arrived some time after the order was scheduled to be ready. There were 3 workers behind the... counter. Shortly after arriving, one of the workers handed food to 2 other people who were already waiting inside. She thenturned away without acknowledging me or at least saying that "someone" would help me. Neither did the other 2. One was at thefryer, one at the grill, and the other taking drive-thru orders. I stood at the counter for about another 5 minutes beforespeaking out loud that I must be invisible. Still no one acknowledged me. I had to get loud saying HELLO, EXCUSE ME before theguy with his back to me taking drive-thru orders finally turned around. He thought he was going to tell me to wait, but I toldhim that I had been standing there far too long for anyone of them to acknowledge me, and that I was picking up my mobile order.It wasn't until then that the same woman at the grill that had handed the other couple their food moved to find mine bagged andsitting off to the side. It wad my first time at White Castle and tried the impossible slider and it was really good. The place was nice and clean and... the staff was friendly and prompt in service. I would suggest to have some music in the background if possible. Read more
