SmashBurger corporate headquarters needs to be ashamed of themselves for hiring the delinquent employees who were responsible... for this Doordash order. The nerve to overcharge me and NOT receiving anything I requested! A single patty given when I ordereda double on one sandwich, and no bacon or bbq sauce on the other sandwich ordered! Tonight was a very poor experience. When I arrived a little before 8pm, they had a note on the door saying that they couldn?t... take any more customers at that particular moment. Secondly, after my order was placed the wait was over an hour... Lastly, thefood was not even hot????The chicken tenders were not hot and too hard to enjoy. The burgers were all over cooked, and all ofthe French fries were too hard to enjoy... This food and experience tonight was Really disappointing!! Read more
Anyone who knows me know that I'm not a huge fast food/burger joint fan. I first tried Smash Burger ???? in December 2016 while... out with my son. Since I don't eat beef, I tried the grilled chicken ???? on multigrain. Honestly, it was really good, even thefries ????, which had previously been removed from my diet. The two times I've eaten @ a Smashburger, the food has been fresh,made to order & my specifications. This is a great fast food establishment. Read more
Although the price is a little bit high, the tastes for wings with BBQ and the beef burger with bacon are really delicious.
