So I went here yesterday for a 2 cheeseburger meal and a double cheeseburger.. they gave me just a double cheeseburger fries and... drink.. I give them the benefit of the doubt and return with the same order but with an additional 6 nuggets .. this time theygive me everything but the 6 nuggets .. they need to really do a lot better because this is annoying! I went through the drive-thru on 8/11/22 around Midnight. ?My card wasn?t going through? so the girl at the window took it to... the back and it magically worked after. I even said to my husband that it was sketchy as of why she took my card. I forgot aboutit and here I am now checking my bank acct seeing this person has used my card $166 at Cheesecake Factory, $18 Chipotle $3 atsome grocers in old bridge. Read more

Great tasty and hot fries. Forgot my lemon in iced tea even though it was clearly written on the receipt.

They got out Oder wrong then took the food back after we touched it to see what was in the bag!! Then gave us some of the same... food but wrong Oder again!!! Then I got out walked up to the drive up and Gave us the same food again so I handed it back andthey kept saying the wrong order I repeated myself 3 times finally they handed it to me after I was letting another customer getther food thru the drive thru and I had to ask for ranch sauce because the woman didn?t get hers then I walked to the car droveaway and opened my sandwich the bottom roll was so hard II couldn?t bite into it!!! So I took this picture so very disappointedat the service and food !!! Spent over $15 could even eat the food I would recommend going somewhere else!!!!? At this point they need to just shut this place down! I ordered my sandwich and specifically requested no onions.. I get home... bite into it and boom onions! I? started suffering from allergic reactions to the onions .. took the sandwich back and theytried to dismiss me and just throw another sandwich at me which I declined .. terrible service, disorganized, and majority ofthe staff only speak Spanish.. btw this was my 4th occasion where my ordered has been messed up like this..
