I called the day before Thanksgiving. A man picked up the phone. I can tell they were busy because he spoke fast & cut my... question very short. In fact he hung up on me. I'm sure of it. I called back. He answered again & ask him if he hung up on me?Of coarse he's going to say no, but I KNOW he did. He then calmed down & proceeded to answer my questions. NO ONLINE ORDERINGhad to go to restaurant to place my order. When I got there, I seen the person that I spoke to on the phone. A lil Spanish guythat can't handle pressure when things get a lil irate in his establishment... He was definitely agitated with all the people inthe restaurant & all the orders etc, but I didn't say a word to him, I just watched & observed him & all of his staff... Noemployee in that particular establishment (Union NJ) Chestnut St. was people friendly... One last thing to say. If you can'thandle the HEAT, get out of the kitchen... PERIOD... Read more
Food was good and service was fast. Did seem like the selection got smaller but the food still tasted amazing.
Horrible - I saw the cashier berate his employees. He was so rude to his employee, regardless of the issue, he was yelling in... front of customer. He then took out his anger at the customer when they asked for clarification. the customer told him not toyell or think he is of his employees. i was shocked, customer was totally right to lose his temper. he even threatened to callthe cops! it was crazy. such an unpleasant and unprofessional place. customer cannot ask what they were charged for.shocking!!!!! this is by far the worst boston market. the food quality is spradic; fresh some days and stale most. This isstore service has gone from bad to worse. the dirtiest place; i hope the boston market company takes a close look at this dump. Read more
It was very easy to place an order online for delivery. The delivery person was right on time, when the food arrived it was... still hot and very tasty. Highly recommend this place as a choice for a good restaurant. You will like the speedy service too ! Read more
I was disappointed. The restaurant is dirty and had buckets in the middle of the dining room to catch water leaking from the... roof. I still tried to give them a chance. The chicken was dry and was the personality of the employees. And the sides wereexcessively salty. I spent $15 on food that doesn't even come with a drink. Read more
DO NOT COME HERE. They rip you off when you use coupons, adding on additional drinks fooling you that you have to buy two... drinks. Please read the coupon fine print well and tell them it does not say that when the next person goes. It says ?equal orlesser value? and does not state any other requirements to buy sides or drinks. I called them to ask where it says that, wherethey told me to come back. I said that this is fraud and asked for the owner?s name (he was a Indian guy that rang me up) and hehung up on me! Black woman at the counter with heavy accent screamed at me at the door ?NO DOGGY? rude and professional .. my dog weighs 2 lbs... and I was carrying her in my arms. Not to mention that she?s a SERVICE dog. Boston market should have a standard to get hired? communication skills and to expand their knowledge.. can?t just hire anyone, you know! Read more
