Got the family meal. 1/2 lb Brisket, 1/2 lb Pulled Pork and 2 sides. Pork was perfectly cooked with plenty of... moisture. Brisket can often be really dry. This was not. Again, nicely cooked with just enough moisture. I know many peopledon't like the word "moist", but I'm sure they love the taste. Bacon and jalapeno mac & cheese was epic! I tried their brisket nachos and was lickin' my fingers it was so good! All ingredients were fresh and serving sizes good (will... have 2nds when I get home). My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and had gobbled it up before I could ask her how it was. Ibelieve the sauces were homemade as well as they were very flavorful.
