Always has the freshest food at this panda. I don't know why but the orange chicken here is better than any other panda ????
Went in at 11:15 and was helped immediately by a nice woman. We were eating with our toddler so I asked her to cut the teriyaki... chicken really small and she was happy to do so. A lot of people seem to have written bad reviews about small portions or wrongorders and that may be true for the drive thru but going inside definitely worked out well for us. AVOID GOING IN THE STORE. use drive thru. took 40min from walking in the store with no line to get the order and walk out. Also... remember these people are very stingy with the sauces. You get teriyaki chicken, you have to ask for the sauce. You get cheeserangoons, you have to ask for the sauce. Read more
My kids favorite place to eat! Super friendly staff, place was clean for being super busy too! The only some what of a complaint... I would have is that they were out of chopsticks! Like how does a Chinese food place not have chopsticks? But of course we madeit work with forks ???? Read more
Ordered at drive thru, got my order and had to ask for a straw after getting my drink, got to my hotel and realized they had not... giving me any napkins, forks, chop sticks or anything to be able to eat my food. I ordered beef and broccoli as one of myentrees and got 3 pieces of broccoli and one small piece of beef. chicken was good but again no teriyaki sauce or any othercondiment/sauces.. I am a fan of panda but in this trip it was a disappointment to say the least. Read more
I gave this place 1 star because seriously, I expected better because I've had it in other cities and I never felt jipped like... here in ukiah. What a let down. Normally I give better ratings for less but, DANG!! I had make a sandwich after. Here is apicture, judge for yourself. Anyway, I hope it's an isolated incident. The professionalism and quality of the food and service at this Panda Express is superb. Kat, our server stood out as being... extremly professional, efficient and knowledgable.
