I would give a zero if I could. The food is good. Is it world class - no. It?s an interesting take on sushi. It is one of... the most expensive restaurants in Ukiah. But it?s their service that ruins the experience. Their service is the absolute worstin Ukiah as well as in any restaurant I ever ate at. I have eaten there 4 times. All 4 times, the service is as the slowestand worst in all of Ukiah. The last time, we got our miso soup, salad and beer after 20 minutes. Then sat there with our waterempty and no soy or ginger for 28 minutes. I walked in and the entire wait staff of 5-6 people are gathered in the kitchen andtheir manager talking while there are tables in the back and 3 customers outside. There is no excuse. I had food at Michelinstar restaurants that served food faster. And the sushi here is not any better than Lotus or O'Haru's. I eat sushi every weekin Ukiah now. The manager and waiters there needs to understand they work in a service industry. Take care of your customers. Experience is as important as the food is to bring your customers back. I am very disappointed because I heard and read theytreat their regulars well and their food is good. Never again at Oco Time. Read more

I ate outside twice and had good food each time. I want and will continue to have their vegan and vegetarian dishes. Fun find... at sushi / noodle places. Prices are fair for portion sizes. Server service is slow but I went during peak times. I willattempt to eat out next time. Temporary parking available on the streets surrounding the restaurant. Read more

Sushi was fantastic. Service needed a bit of improvement but the food made up for it. Serving size is very hearty so if you are... use to eating a ton of rolls I would do one or two at a time here. Prices were pretty reasonable as well for how much food youget. Read more
