They took no shortcuts even if it was a late night order! Second,the flavors of each dish were simply superb. Simple ingredients done well and unique in my palette. I live in The Bay Area andam surrounded with all kinds of food, but I?ve never tasted anything so good as their kale salad! Their cauliflower is probablythe best I?ve ever had; it had a sharp light crisp. I ate the combo in this order: the cauliflower, the ?chicken? substitutethey use, the plantain, then onto the kale?and dang, the kale took me somewhere else! Their whole setup is great.
