The food was great, the chef was wonderful and did an excellent job but our waiter was anything but. He wasn't friendly or a... people person at all. He messed up several times on bringing things to us. It seems like someone should tell him he shouldprobably find a job where he doesn't need to talk to customers. Customer service was not his thing. Came in the other night about an hour before they closed with a party of 7. They didn't let us know that it was close to... closing, they treated us as if we were their first customer of the day. Super pleasant, our food came out rather quick and alltasted amazing! Our server was incredible! Read more

Everything is so yummy and they worked with my plant based diet and subbed a veggie roll for a California roll. The spicy garlic... teriyaki is SPICY, not for the faint of heart. Same for the Angry edamame ???? Read more

Aaaaaah Yamato..... I've had some good times in the past at this place but this one was not as good. We can start off with the... restrooms being dirty and not well kept at all. Our chef was good but he seemed tired and said that he was working a lotlately. The hostesses were another thing all together, they were rude and caddy. To me and mine they were polite and nice, butsome of their comments about other people, tables, and guests were uncalled for. Your in the customer service industry, not the"im better than you and I dont care if you eat" industry. Maybe if you spent more time caring for customers instead of chasingaround your rubber bouncy ball you would be better at your job. Our waitress was good and very attentive, food was excellentand as always we had lots to take home. The feel of the place was drab, the usual clapping and cheering at having eyebrowssinged off was not there. It was very quiet, kind of like eating at a funeral home. Ill revisit later to see if it improvesback to the way it was. Read more

It was an awesome restaurant. Eric, the server, was great, very attentive. The cook at the Hibachi was amazing. He put on a... great show while cooking and was very entertaining. The food was delicious and affordable. It cost about $32 for 2 of us! Read more
