They have trash service that blocks the drive thru at noon picking up their trash. So the parking lot gets crazy rude
2-7-22 Just say no to the chicken wings. But, the service was great for dine in. So we did our typical 10 Box. 5 bean... burritos and 5 soft tacos. That?s what the boys like. We also ordered a couple of other things that we like. In all we endedup with 7 items out of the 10 Box and a couple of rude and upset employees that didn?t like being asked to make it right. Absolute terrible experience. Was missing half of my order, however the dining room was closed so I had to go back through the... drive-thru. I said in line for more than 15 minutes, only to get attitude from the employee and her manager about my order.Clearly questioning that they did not miss items in my order. After several minutes of them fixing it, they returned the bag tome with the taco rappers not completely closed, and cheese and fillings spilling all over the bag. Very immature and unfriendlyservice. Will not be returning. Manager needs a class on customer service. Read more
I went to the Taco Bell on Old Jacksonville a week or so ago, and had to wait 45 minutes to get my food. So we decided to come... to this one for dinner tonight. Service and food was good. But the restaurant was disgusting. There was food on all but 2tables. Food all over the floors. Smashed sauce containers on the floor. Nastiest restaurant I?ve ever sat in. Read more
Tabitha was very patient with me and my wife. My wife survived a coma recently and isn't always easy to understand. This was the... best fast food experience we have had since she started her recovery and it earned my respect like no other taco bell. Placewas very clean and the food was great. Not stale or bad looking. Condiments looked like someone cared about presentation... likeseriously who stacked all the sauce packets like dominoes? I'll add a picture the next time I visit. I would give it zero stars. Young man making our food touched his phone, his ear and his hair THEN OUR FOOD! I know yall know... how filthy a phone case can get. When speaking with the manager he looked even less groomed. Read more
