I was there about 10 minutes ago, typing this as I eat my sandwich (#3). They were very busy when I went in, the man kept... apologizing over and over about the wait. A young woman took my order and looked very flustered and stressed. I asked if she wasnew and she said it was her first day. I hope she sees this because I just wanted her to know that it is the best tastingsandwich I have ever had from any Subway! It's perfect! Thank you and keep at it; you're doing great! I was just banned from this subway for asking for a refund when they charged me $2.50 more for my food than what was on the... sales boards. The guy claiming to be the manager (never provided his name even when asked) explained that corporate prices wentup but they did not have the sales boards with the new prices. I asked, does it seem right to charge more without telling thecustomer? He started to get angry and asked why I was making him deal with this. I told him he didn't have to, I asked forsomeone over him that I can contact. He said he was doing that but couldn't get them on the phone. He kept saying there wasnothing he could do. I asked him, as a manager, if I had an issue and wanted a refund you could not process it? He said he wouldhave to pay for it. That it comes out of his pocket and he cant believe that I am keeping on with this issue. Also that he hasmedical issues and doesn't need to be dealing with this. He finally gave me a refund and banned me and the other people in thestore because they agreed with the issue I was talking about. He also kept saying I was trying to push his buttons and he didn'tappreciate it.
