went around 4:30 which i know is rush hour for most places but it seemed like they quite literally rushed the food. Fried food... was undercooked. Didn?t get any of the sauces we asked for. Spent almost 30 dollars on food that just wasn?t good quality. Verydisappointing. Read more

Ordered and pay at car. Said it went through. When he brought our food said that we needed to pay. We told him what happened. He... took my card and our food back inside. Their WiFi went down so their credit card and ordering system was messed up. He couldn'tget that card to work so I gave him another one. And again he took our food back inside. I told him our food is going to be coldas long as it's been since he first brought it to the car. He said he was making sure to keep it warm. After a few min hebrought the food and my card. When we opened our burgers, they were a little past being warm but not totally cold. I was hungryand had not eaten because I had to have a fasting blood workup. I was ready irritated because we " Tried" to order online andthat wasn't working either We both had free items in our account and couldn't use. I should have insisted that I needed a newfresh hot order. I knew I was too irritated to deal with it in a nice way. I did not want to be ugly so I didn't. It was not avery good experience. Read more

Ordered a Strawberry limeade and received a drink with lime a d a little strawberry flavor, but NO strawberries. Kinda sucked as... I was hot and needed the refreshing flavor of the drink I had ordered. Read more
