Today I decided to give them a try because it was on my way to drop my kids off to school so I couldn?t stop at our regular... donut shop in the green acres bowling alley parking lot which is a wonderful place I really recommend you go there instead ofthis corporate horrible customer service experience I had and honestly the donuts weren?t as good either. The lady running threwdid not lie that I was asking any questions I was new so I was trying to ask about the kolaches. I wanted to know because mychildren have a special diet I have to adhere to for for special needs. I was trying to ask questions and she was very rude andhad an attitude the whole time. Well I finally did get the kolache that I asked for I was trying to ask for a plane when shewasn?t listening to me I said I wanted a regular one I was trying to ask what?s all in it and I just want the sausage in thebread when I drive off my kids try to eat it and it has cheese in it she never told me there was cheese in it when Ispecifically asked what was in it and then unfortunately my kids can?t eat it. I called her back and all she did was argue withme and tell me that?s what a regular is and that I said regular and just kept arguing and refused to replace it with a plain. $5is a lot lost for me as a stay home mom. The blueberry cake donut was not good. The devil food (chocolate filled chocolate donut) was not good. Chocolate glaze donut was... not good. Their cinnamon sugar plain donut was pretty good. Given that most of their donuts were not good (not good as in Ididn't even finish eating them) and their customer service was pretty bad (didn't understand my English and glared me down as Iwas deciding which donuts to get), I don't think it would be worth getting a cinnamon sugar plain donut. I have been on a questrecently to find the best donuts - I would recommend Donut Palace on 5th street or Whitehouse donuts in Whitehouse. Read more
Was in Texas first time an this place was reccomended. Did not disappoint price was great $10 for a dozen fresh, flavors were... fantastic. Staff was very pleasant. Would go again when In Texas for sure.. Read more
I?ve only used the drive-thru when I?ve gone, but each time, I got my food quickly. Their kolaches hit the spot! ????
VERY poor customer service, and watch the prices. Is it illegal to charge someone more than the posted cost? Because this... franchise is doing it. Today I walked in and was told a higher price than what is posted on the menu. I pointed at the menu andsaid but the menu says something else. The cashier simply said, ?the prices have gone up?.
