The customer service at this location is terrible. I understand the inside is closed for remodel but that?s no excuse for bad... service. I sat at the speaker several minutes while two cars at the other speaker had their orders taken. Since nobodyacknowledged me asking me to hold I said ?hello?? then right after I got ?hold on!!? with attitude. I drove off since there wasnot a car directly in front of me and took my business elsewhere. I don?t mind waiting but I didn?t order attitude. It?s badenough McDonalds gets rid of good menu options but apparently they have gotten rid of their good customer service as well. Iwon?t return to this location nor will I recommend it. Read more
Rude hispanic manager and not good with customer service. When I got to the drive thru window I was having trouble with the... location on my mobile app and as soon as I got to the window I asked for it and the lady(manager for the location) instantlysighed and said mam we don?t have time for this there?s people behind you and only 2 cars were behind me.. but it doesn?t takebut a couple of seconds to answer and help I?ve always received helped from other locations and it?s really sad this person isin management and having an awful attitude towards customer. McDonald's is still good for their fries the only restaurant that has the same thing that stayed the same.
The McDonald's staff in Old Jacksonville has personality issues. From what I can discern, the female manager is the issue.
